Phobease is an evidence based, 10 session, online, psychoeducational class designed to teach Cognitive Behavioral tools to help adults overcome phobias, panic disorder, and OCD. Maggie Dix, MSW, LSW is a licensed social worker and certified Phobease teacher who has been helping people conquer their anxiety since 2002.

DBT Skills Group for Adults, intimate group to allow for social distancing. Facilitated by Ali Spillers

DBT Skills Group is one component of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This group meets once per week and the facilitators teach several new skills each week based on the DBT curriculum. In this group, participants learn Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness. This group is not a substitute for individual therapy but can supplement your therapy by teaching different ways of interacting with the world to improve your relationships and sense of self-worth.

Skills Learned
Distress Tolerance: Getting through life situations without making it worse and accepting the reality for what it is.
Interpersonal Effectiveness: Understanding and Reducing vulnerability to emotions, changing unwanted emotions.
Mindfulness: Being aware of the present moment without judgement.
Emotional Regulation: Getting interpersonal needs met, maintaining relationships, and increasing self-respect within relationships.
