Jovitha has a Master of Science in Counseling, specializing in Rehabilitation and Disability Services from Northern Illinois University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and life transitions.
Her clinical practice includes specialties in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), particularly in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
