From Alone and Stressed to Understood and Supported
Raising a child with ADHD can be exhausting, especially when it feels like no one else understands. Homework battles, constant interruptions, and worry about school can leave you running on empty.
The Parents of Kids with ADHD Group is a six-week group led by Sandy Urkovich, Ph.D., LPC. Each week you’ll connect with parents who get it, learn practical strategies, and leave with support you can use at home.
What to Expect
- Six Weekly Sessions: Ninety minutes each Wednesday morning for six weeks, with the same small group of parents.
- Dedicated Time for You: Time each week to connect with parents who truly understand what you're going through.
