I have received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I found a passion for working with clients to reach their goals through therapy and continue to make changes in their lives. I am passionate about working with clients who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and elderly populations. I use a multicultural approach to therapy and believe clients should be able to be their authentic selves in session. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and groups. Everyone might feel like they need help at some point in their lives, therapy is a great tool to assist you in reaching your goals. I hope to help you on your journey through therapy!
While in school I trained in various modalities including existentialism, person-centered, strength-based, cognitive behavior therapy, and psychodynamic interventions. Utilizing these various interventions offers you to be in control of your care while still benefiting from the skills found in therapy.
