A Gentle Path to Reconnecting With Your Body
Trauma doesn’t only live in our thoughts. It can show up in the body too, through tension, restlessness, feeling on edge, or feeling disconnected from yourself. When your body feels unsafe, it can be hard to feel at ease, even in quiet moments.
The Trauma Informed Yoga Group offers a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with your body at your own pace. Guided by Brianna Johnson, LSW and Steve Willis, Certified Yoga Instructor, this weekly group uses trauma-informed yoga practices to help you build a sense of safety, awareness, and calm through movement.
No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies and abilities are welcome, and mats are provided if you need one.
